Green capsicum is the bell pepper harvested at the mature green stage, when the fruit is firm, glossy and thick-walled. It is one of the most widely traded fresh vegetables for food service, retail and wholesale buyers.

We source green capsicum from partner growers in India and grade it for size, colour and freedom from blemishes before packing. Lots are sorted for uniformity so that buyers receive consistent cartons suited to their market.
